Refund & Cancellation

Our aim at www.adityapromoters.com is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the exchange of product within 15 days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. we reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.

In case the product received is the incorrect product

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case.

Cancellations

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
